About

Located at 13 Pembroke Road, Danbury, Connecticut, Saint Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church is a vibrant parish that embodies the spirit of its patron, Saint Nicholas of Myra. As a thriving Catholic community, it lives out the values of generosity, love, and compassion, inspired by the 4th-century bishop's extraordinary legacy. In full communion with the Roman Catholic Church, the parish is part of the Byzantine-Ruthenian Metropolitan Province of Pittsburgh and offers a range of spiritual and community activities, including the Divine Liturgy, holy-day observances, and charitable ministries. After a devastating fire in 2013, the church was rebuilt and rededicated in 2015, emerging stronger and more committed to serving its parishioners and the wider Danbury community. Through its faith, service, and love, Saint Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church continues to inspire and nurture the lives of all who worship and gather there, remaining true to the enduring legacy of its beloved patron, Saint Nicholas of Myra.
